I am heading to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso for the next 65 days to do field research for my thesis. I will be interviewing women with HIV about the availability of access to care as well as where they find their sources of information about the disease. HIV is highly stigmatized in Burkina Faso, especially for women, so I'm interested to see how my interviews turn out.

Malaria
No post today, I just went to the hospital to take a malaria test. I feel horrible, I have a fever, cold and hot sweats, neck and back pain, no appetite, and diarrhea.....going to get my results now....crossed fingers.
