For the last 5 days I have had a massive case of heat rash. The medical explanation of heat rash is that your body sweats so much that beads of sweat get stuck under your skin and create little red bumps. These bubbles then itch or are prickly, and it should go away after a few hours of not sweating and staying dry and cool. Since staying dry and cool is not an option for me I an in a constant state of either feeling itchy or prickly. The prickly feeling is like 10000 tiny little bugs munching on you all over, but mostly where you sweat the most, so for women right under the bra line and stomach. Most people here use baby powder to stop their body from sweating, but I don’t know if I think not sweating is a good idea. If it doesn’t go away I will try it though, when I can get to a pharmacy on Monday.
Ouch. Actually those women are right... We use powder to fight heat rash too. Except that we use them right after we get back home. Sweat outside and apply powder inside. You could also try drinking plenty of fluids. Trust me, it helps...
